By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site and Services immediately.
Skyline provides information about, and facilitates access to, small business financing products, including but not limited to revenue-based funding, SBA loans, and lines of credit. Skyline does not guarantee approval, funding, or specific terms for any financing product.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Site or Services. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Skyline Funding Capital LLC ("Skyline Funding") offers an SMS/text messaging program to individuals who provide their mobile phone number and opt in through our website forms.
Messages sent through this program are transactional in nature, such as application status updates, payment reminders, and related account or funding communications. Messages are not used for marketing purposes unless you separately opt in to marketing communications.
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and communications with Skyline Funding. Message and data rates may apply, and are the responsibility of the recipient based on their mobile carrier plan.
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us using the information in Section 4.4 below.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Not all mobile devices or carriers may be supported. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Skyline or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.
The Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skyline shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Skyline is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new "Effective Date." Continued use of the Site or Services after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
